Here’s some great news for all the Don franchise fans, Farhan Akhtar is all set to reprise this franchise with a third installment. However, the third installment will not star the Don that had made his way into people’s hearts, Shah Rukh Khan, instead, there have been talks of Ranveer Singh starring in the third part of this film. Farhan Akhtar took to Instagram to drop the motion poster of Don 3, check it out below.
The filmmaker revealed the motions poster, which read Don 3 in a red font, and under that it read ‘A New Era Begins’. The fans in the comments however exclaimed saying that they want the makers to bring back SRK to star in the third instalment. While some questioned about the release date of the film. Ranveer Singh is set to star as the lead as per a report in Pinkvilla, but the makers have not put out a confirmation on the same. I cannot wait to see more updates on this project, and I am sure so can’t you!
Ranveer will take on this project after completing his project Baiju Bawra in which the Baiju Bawra story will bring out by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Farhan, on the other hand, has ‘Campeons’ to star in with Aamir Khan, before he puts on the director’s hat for Don 3. Stay tuned for more updates!
