The Great Indian Family starring Vicky Kaushal and Manushi Chhillar in the lead, is a film that promises to be a roller-coaster ride of emotions. The film is directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Yash Raj Films. The film revolves around the plot of an Indian family, that comes face to face with a unique problem, and at the centre of the problem, we have Bhajan Kumar, played by Vicky. This also happens to be Vicky’s first family entertainer and here’s how it is doing so far at the box office.
Over the past 3 days, The Great Indian Family has managed to rake in Rs. 5.12 Crores, with Rs. 2 Crores being collected just on Sunday, as per the tracker Sacnilk. On its opening day, the film collected around Rs 1.4 Crores, as it had some big films to battle with at the box office. The opening may not have been strong but I am waiting to see how this film, which looks nothing less than an entertaining ride, does at the box office in the coming weeks. Monday will truly be a test, as most films see a dip on the Monday after its release.

As for Vicky Kaushal, the actor has Meghan Gulzar’s ‘Sam Bahadur‘ lined up for release on 1st December 2023. Also to note is that he will be clashing with Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal at the box office.
