According to a Hindustan Times report, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna got engaged in October 2025. The engagement took place in Hyderabad and was attended only by their families. The engagement happened just one day after Dussehra. At the time, the couple did not share any information on social media, but later Vijay’s team confirmed the news.
Now, important details about the wedding have also emerged. According to the report, Vijay and Rashmika will get married on February 26, 2026. The wedding venue has been finalised as a palace in Udaipur. It is said to be a heritage property, where the wedding will be held in a very private manner.
According to sources, just like the engagement, the wedding will also be straightforward and intimate. Only family members and a few close friends will be present. The couple wants to celebrate this special day with their loved ones rather than having a grand, star-studded function.
Currently, it is unclear whether a separate reception will be held in Hyderabad or another city for their industry friends after the wedding. Both Vijay and Rashmika have always been private and reserved about their personal lives.
