Khloé Kardashian has been through a major transformation over the course of this year. The TV personality was was struggling with weight issues told the Australian radio station, Nova 69.9, that she’s completely cut soda out of her life… any type of soda because she once was a regular! She also believes that diets don’t make sense and small lifestyle changes need to be incorporated into daily activities that transform you into a healthier person.
Koko also works out regularly and posts snaps of her worked out bod on her Instagram and Twitter. Her trainer, Gunnar Petersen, tries new types of exercises with her to keep it fun and is very open to help her achieve the kind of body she wants.
