Potty problems could really ruin your day, right? The time you need to rush for work and don’t get that morning poop could really cause some serious discomfort and anger. Constipation usually occurs when stools remain in the large intestine for too long, and this intestine absorbs too much water from the stools, causing them to become dry and harden up. This usually happens due to consuming too much dairy or dehydration. It could even happen because of lack of fiber in the body. Here are a few ways to relieve constipation.

For Immediate Relief

1. Drink Black Coffee

Coffee may immediately make you run to the bathroom. This is because coffee stimulates the muscles in your digestive system.
