Nick Jonas‘ elder brother, Joe Jonas and his fiancee, Sophie Turner are thrilled about the Nickyanka wedding. The duo is already in Jodhpur with the rest of the family for the couple’s upcoming nuptials. Joe and Sophie share a close bond with Nick and PeeCee and recently during an interview with Vogue US magazine, Joe revealed the moment Nick was smitten by our desi girl.
Remember Priyanka and Nick’s appearance at the MET Gala last year? Kinda hard to forget, I know! Well, it was on that day itself that Priyanka knocked her groom-to-be off his feet. Turns out, while the world was questioning whether or not they’re together, Nick was busy falling in love. Recalling the very moment, Joe said:
I think she kind of knocked him off his feet. He was just this little puppy dog. He’s sitting on the floor. Sophie and I were just laughing at him. We were like, look at this little smitten, drunk kid right now.
Aww! Isn’t that sweet? Priyanka certainly is capable of knocking people off their feet with her persona and we’re so glad that even though a year later, Nick got his girl!
Joe also spoke about Nick’s photo from that night and of him looking completely smitten. Oh man! I’d love to see that picture for sure, wouldn’t you?
After celebrating their sangeet ceremony today, Nickyanka will be tying the knot in a grand desi ceremony on the 2nd of December. The white wedding will take place on the 3rd and after that little anecdote, I can only imagine the look on Nick’s face when he sees his bride!
