Pregnancy is a beautiful and celebrated phase in any woman’s life. Post-pregnancy is a phase that is equally important and delicate but is often ignored and misunderstood. Saumya Tandon is the recent celebrity to join the tribe. The Bhabi Ji Ghar Pe Hai actress gave birth to a baby boy in January this year and took to Instagram to share a picture of her “bundle of joy”.

Aerial Yoga and Pilates is Ms.Tandon’s answer to shedding the extra kilos. Aerial yoga combines pilates with aerial acrobatics and helps in increasing flexibility. A very fun and unique routine, this exercise form is fast gaining popularity among fitness enthusiasts and Saumya seems to really enjoy it as she looks absolutely elegant and at ease while exercising.
