Kangana Ranaut has a lot to say about (or rather, against) Alia Bhatt lately. First, she accused the latter of not supporting her during the release of her latest film, Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. Thereafter, she told the media that Alia should “grow a spine” and even went on to call her Karan Johar‘s “puppet”.
It doesn’t end here. A few days ago, Kangana called Alia’s performance in Gully Boy “mediocre” and said she felt embarrassed about comparisons with her. Alia has so far been very dignified and composed whenever the media asked her to respond to Kangana’s multiple statements.
However, her mother Soni Razdan broke her silence on Kangana’s relentless attacks on her daughter. In a tweet she has now deleted, Soni slammed the Queen actress for “attacking the daughter of a man who gave her a break”. She was referring to Gangster, Kangana’s Bollywood debut back in 2006.
Kangana’s sister, Rangoli Chandel hit back at Soni in a series of tweets, alleging that Mahesh Bhatt once threw a slipper at Kangana.
Check them out here:
Dear Soni ji, Mahesh Bhatt never gave her a break, Anurag Basu did, Mahesh Bhatt ji works as a creative director in his brothers production house….(contd) @Soni_Razdan https://t.co/SD22ztrQ29
