In the past year, Sonali Bendre has proved to be a beacon of strength and positivity. She has battled her cancer so gracefully and been an inspiration to many people who are battling the disease. It is absolutely heartwarming how she documented some very special moments in her journey. Now that she is recovering, seems like she is making sure fitness and health are her top priority. The actress recently shared a video of her trying out a new fitness therapy session called Aqua therapy.

Warning: This isn't as easy as it looks. My new aqua therapy training sessions are tough but definitely easier than doing this in normal conditions. #MyNewNormal involves looking for solutions and not creating excuses… finding what works for me. #KDAH P.S. Thank God I didn't drop my phone! 😛
In this therapy, you do basic workouts while standing in a pool of water. Though it seems fun, like Sonali mentions, it is not that easy to move around much in the water. But, it is easier than doing it in normal conditions. It’s so inspiring to see her push herself and “look for solutions and not create excuses”. She even has a new hashtag to motivate her to create a normal routine for herself called #MyNewNormal.
