Every person has either practised yoga as a form of meditation or exercise. But sometimes you look for a mix of both… Something that can ease your mind and something that stretches every muscle of your body to give you the ultimate workout. So, I’ve listed down 7 YouTube channels you can bookmark, subscribe to and save, for the next time you want to ease your thoughts and body. Each of these is super unique and cater to so many things that you’ll never get bored—but instead, you’re assured you’ll find your inner ‘chi’!

1. Yoga With Adriene

You don’t get to be one of the most popular channels on YouTube by sheer luck… Adriene‘s channel curation is quite on point and includes an interesting mix of yoga for bodily aches, weight loss, mental space and other breathing exercises and forms. She even has a bedtime yoga routine that is so perfect for people who deal with anxiety and an uneasy mind.

2. MadFit

Personally one of my favourite channels on YouTube and Instagram. Maddie Lymburner‘s MadFit page has everything you want and need—HIIT workouts, sculpting exercises, dance workouts as well as flow, full-body yoga.

3. SarahBeth Yoga

If you type in ‘yoga’ into your app store, you’ll see SarahBethYoga pop right up… A popular amongst the yogi world, this YouTube page has yoga for any and every need—anxiety, anger, sadness, stiffness… Her 10-20-minute morning yoga sessions can lighten just about any and every mood and feeling.

4. Boho Beautiful

With an array of a yoga-centred playlist, this channel is for a yogi who wants to meditate, find her ‘chi’, and wants a great sculpted body. Her visuals are as calming and soothing to the soul as are her workouts. Whether you’re looking for a killer ab workout or just to sweat off a stressful day, this yoga flow is for you.

5. Yoga with Kassandra

What I love about Kassandra‘s page is that most of her videos don’t run very long. And I love that whether it’s a 10 or 30-minute class, you’ll feel so much more awake, centred and toned. She also includes monthly plans to motivate you to stay on track.

6. MarlingYoga

While this channel might look like your run-of-the-mill stretch and flow yoga, it’s so much more. The playlist feature programs that offer up some stress-relieving yoga moves along with a focus on gratefulness. So if you’re up for the challenge, check this one out to see what 15-minutes of yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation each day will do for your mind, body and soul.

7. GET HOT with Shannon Nadj

I found Shannon via a video on Poosh (Kourtney Kardashian‘s wellness page) and while her channel isn’t going to be flooded with programs and 365-day workout plans, it has a bit of everything you need. From full-body strength exercises to booty workouts and pilates stretches, this page offers up little bits of what your body can truly benefit from… Including some hot yoga!

Now, time to pick your favourite and find your inner ‘chi’!
