TV mogul Ekta Kapoor definitely knows how to keep her audience on their toes. The Naagin series has been one of the most successful TV shows started by her and is currently in the 5th season. With Hina Khan, Mohit Malhotra, and Dheeraj Dhoopar kicking off the season with much social media fanfare, the show saw the highest rating for a premiere episode.
The actual lead cast in the show is Surbhi Chandna, Mohit Sehgal, and Sharad Malhotra. But fans who were excited about the Hina, Mohit, and Dheeraj’s trio were not too happy and some took to social media to express their disappointment so much so that Hina had to ask them to stop the same.
In an interview, she requested her fans not to be disappointed and also asked them not to troll the present cast because she believed they’re going to kill it with their performances. She asked her fans not to blame anyone and that it was her decision. She further added that she couldn’t inform everyone in advance because there was an embargo. She went on to state that she started the show and she’s done with it. She asked fans to keep watching the show for the content and the amazing acting and to remember she was there on the show.
Naagin 5 is currently doing much better in terms of TRPs than the previous season.
