Sanjay Dutt‘s lung cancer diagnosis a few weeks ago did come as a shock to all his loved ones and fans. Right after, he had put out a message saying that he is set to take a break from work to concentrate on his health. Though it was said that he has procured a 5-year U.S visa for treatment there, he was spotted completing his shoot YRF’s Shamshera in Mumbai while attending preliminary treatment sessions in the hospitals here.

Just yesterday, he was spotted at the Kalina private airport with wife Manayata Dutt, leaving everyone wondering if he was leaving to the USA for his treatment. But, according to a Times Of India report, the couple is traveling to Dubai for just 10 days to meet their twin children — Shahraan and Iqra – who are staying there.

Amidst the nationwide lockdown and the pandemic, Maanayata and the kids were stuck in Dubai when they heard of Sanjay’s health. She immediately rushed to India, while her kids are attending their online classes from there. A report in Mumbai Mirror quotes a source as saying that they have taken off to spend time with the kids for 10 days and spend some family time together.

The source tells the publication that once he is back, he is set to get back on the sets of his upcoming films — KGF: Chapter 2 and Bhuj: The Pride Of India.

Though he has procured the visa, the plans of flying to the USA are now being considered owing to the pandemic. Until then, he will be taking his treatment in the hospitals in Mumbai.
