After a week, Salman Khan finally shed light on the issues that needed to be addressed in the Bigg Boss 16 house. The presence of the star duo, husband and wife – Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia Dsouza – on the promotion of their upcoming Marathi film, Ved, brightened the house. The masti continued, but Shalin Bhanot and MC Stan were not spared by Bhai for using foul language in the house.
Mornings are usually a blast in the house, I mean that in a literal sense. The two people who were trying to be friends sometime back are seen getting into a brawl. This is because, while Soundarya Sharma is cleaning the house for ‘Weekend Ka Vaar,’ he is asking Ankit Gupta to neaten up his clothes. Shalin continues to make his suggestion, but Soundarya objects to him interfering with her conversation. As his breakfast is disturbed, Shalin begins yelling at her,’mai tere baap ka naukar nahi hu’. This enrages Soundarya, and the fight heats up. Screams are heard just like a morning alarm to mentally wake up everyone.
The calm before the storm arrives when Bigg Boss pampers the contestants with a salon makeover. Following that, Ritesh and Genelia enter the house and prepare a ‘Bigg Boss Ki Tapri’ with delicacies including Soundarya’s vegan option but no chicken options for Shalin. It was overwhelming to see Sajid Khan break down in tears while hugging Ritesh, regardless of the fact that he has previously worked with Ritesh and it shows that he is very close to him.
Ritesh and Sajid, who play Sajida and Rajida, put on a hilarious act, and Genelia gives them situations to act out. They did everything from dancing on Ankit’s lap to gossiping about Tina and Shalin. There was even a compatibility test where the besties of the house got to show how much their answers matched. Soundarya and Archana leave no stone unturned in targeting Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. Even though the star cast is present, the atmosphere becomes heated when each contestant is required to name a ‘pagal’ in the house.
When Salman Khan is ready to take Shalin and MC Stan’s class, the storm arrives. He is upset because they used abusive language in the house during the fight after Stan nominated Tina. Bhai’s method of instilling remorse in them was to have them fill in the blanks with the words they’d used instead of the abuse. Both Shalin and Stan become cold and begin to apologise for their errors. Despite their repeated apologies, Salman remains firm. Even though Stan explained why he chose Tina, she was still enraged. Bhai calls out Tina for ranting when Stan nominated her.
But, ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ is not yet over and there are other situations which happened in the house over the week that we all need clarity on. I am just eager to know whether Salman will expose Sreejita De and Tina’s conversation which they had behind each other’s backs. Also, Salman was just about to reveal Shalin’s steroid intake, I’m willing to see that Tina brings this up. The voting lines were closed this week and the twist remains a mystery.
