At this point, I would say that the Grand Finale of Bigg Boss 16 is already here and the contestants were in for a treat filled full of twists and turns, with the contestants giving it their all in the face of danger as Rohit Shetty himself comes in the house to select the first contestant of his reality show, “Khatron Ke Khiladi”. But as we know that the fights never stop, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, went head to head with Shalin Bhanot, with the two of them exchanging heated words. Priyanka accused Shalin of using other female contestants like Tina Datta and Soundarya Sharma to advance in the show, while Shalin countered that Priyanka only wanted “footage” and created the fight for that reason! But, I didn’t mind this fight considering it might be the last fight of the season.
Enter the master of stunts himself, Rohit Shetty, who announced that he had come to select the finalist for “Khatron Ke Khiladi 13”. The contestants took turns naming the toughest competitor, with Archana Gautam being picked for her innocent charm by MC Stan, Priyanka naming Shiv Thakare for his strength and vice versa. Archana chooses Shiv, while Shalin selected Priyanka. The first stunt was the “Fear of the Unknown”, with contestants facing black boxes containing unknown objects. Archana started and was scared when she pulled out a vegetable, but in the next box, she felt a bite and backed off. MC Stan also felt a sting, but he gave up. The prankster? A volunteer with a cucumber!
The real stunt was an underwater challenge, where contestants had to unlock screws and reach the finish line. MC Stan breezed through the first lock but ran out of breath. Archana struggled but successfully unlocked herself. Shiv triumphed, while Shalin went shirtless and completed the task effortlessly, leaving everyone in awe. Priyanka, however, struggled and gave up. It was time for some fun after the intense task, and Rohit assigned MC Stan to be Archana’s father and Shalin as the suitor. Impersonating his funny voice, he dished out hilarious one-liners and even jokingly roasted Shalin’s love for chicken. Bringing in his rap skills, he skewered both with his “Toqueer Sahab” voice, leaving everyone in stitches. MC Stan’s new avatar is loveable than ever.
The game took a hilarious turn with a twist on dum charades, where every wrong guess resulted in a shock from the bands on their hands. Shalin and Priyanka started, and after some shocks, finally guessed Archana’s famous phrase. Archana and Shiv went next, and Archana’s epic reactions to “captaincy” were a sight to behold. In the next round, Archana and Shiv navigated through lasers while blindfolded, with Archana facing plenty of shocks, but with Shiv’s hilarious guidance, they made it to the end. Priyanka and Shalin followed, overcoming shocks and completing the task, emerging as the winners.
The final challenge was a race to victory, riding a cycle and collecting cards, all to break a towering glass with a single blow. Priyanka took off with ease, her nimble fingers quickly grabbing the cards. Shalin followed with a flourish, his performance so smooth that everyone was left in awe. But when Shalin was called to the house, he refused, revealing that he had a fear that kept him from continuing the show. Archana protested, saying it wasn’t fair to Shiv who lost his chance because of Shalin. But, I must say that Shalin played very well and certainly deserves to be in “KKK13”.
The contestants gave it their all, and it was a nail-biting finish that left everyone on the edge of their seats. The making of grand finale was also shown which made me all excited and has now left me eagerly waiting for d-day. Get ready for more updates and gossip, and don’t forget to grab your popcorn!
