From captaincy drama to friendship drama this was one pack episode. The scheme of having three captains continues in the Bigg Boss 16 house, Soundarya Sharma gets to continue her captaincy while MC Stan and Sreejita De are her new co-captains. There are high-voltage fights happening in the house, and Archana Gautam clashes with Tina Datta.
Bigg Boss made the decision to have three captains in the house once more today. Vikkas Manaktala and Soundarya are named co-captains, but only until a new captain is chosen because Vikkas is relieved of his duties before they have even begun. As co-captains, Soundarya and Vikkas are tasked with choosing the third captain, but as they contemplate over who to fire, a fight breaks out. The other contestants were asked to vote to remove either Vikkas or Soundarya because they were taking too long to make decisions. Afterward, Vikkas is fired by the other contestants of the house. Along with Soundarya, the new captains are MC Stan and Sreejita.
But, even though Soundarya gets to continue her captaincy, it has come at a cost of Sajid Khan questioning her why she chooses Sreejita over him for the captainship. Sajid seemed pretty upset because Sajid was the one who was choose Soundarya to be the next captain. The captaincy has come at a price of friendship to Soundarya.
Coming to Tina and Shalin Bhanot‘s update in the show, a fight erupts between Tina and Archana over not cooking chicken for Shalin. Archana refuses because holds a grudge from the wish-granting library task where she wasn’t allow to enter the activity room by Shalin. Tina gets into the fight and makes remarks about Archana not having any friends, while Archana goes on about Tina’s ‘level’ and ‘aukat’. Archana even mentions ‘zuzu’ during this heated debate. One thing is pretty noticeable that even after everything happened between Tina and Shalin, the fights with Archana was over Shalin’s chicken only.
One thing which was sweet that was Archana and Soundarya patching up their friendship with hugs and kisses to each other. But, the other two ladies, Tina and Sumbul Toqueer who were friends for a short periods of time continue their yesterday’s argument after accusing each other over stealing chocolates.
Today’s episode was filled with ups and downs. Even Stan had an issue over the Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia not supporting her during the captaincy’s run. Another day when friendships were trusted and then broken on the other hand some were mended again. Not only that new friendship starts to show as Sreejita expresses to Shiv Thakare over liking him as a contestant and would never want to fight like how the others too.
Archana Gautam knows her way around. As she was upset and in tears about being alone in the Bigg Boss 16 house unlike Priyanka Chahar Choudhary who has got her ‘dulha’ Ankit Gupta. Because Priyanka has Ankit’s shoulder to cry on, Archana thinks she is a strong person. Shiv Thakare comforts her and encourages her, telling her that she is capable of fighting on her own. He even promises her that he would remove him from the show. Now, I don’t know how much of this is going to be true.
Now, I am eager to see will Sajid ever stand with Soundarya again and how long will the friendship between Sreejita and Shiv last.
