The Bigg Boss 16 contestants will stop at nothing to secure their tickets for the finale week. While Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia‘s ticket to the finale was at stake, as was her captaincy, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary tried her hardest to take it away from her. The mudda on a ‘Roti’ which was raised after so long caused a crack between the recently formed group of besties, which includes Tina Datta, Priyanka, and Archana Gautam, I Just wonder if they could try just be normal friends once more rather than picking a fight on food.
It was finally the time when Nimrit’s captaincy report card had to be presented. There are 30 rings presented on it and if there are less than 20 rings at the end of the task Nimrit loses her captaincy. The housemates are left to decide whether or not to remove each ring for a mutually agreed-upon reason. Bigg Boss begins the task by removing one ring from her report card, stating that she always speaks in English despite repeated warnings. Tina speaks first, claiming that their alarm clocks played most times this week. Shiv Thakare defends Nimrit against Tina, claiming that everyone sleeps and not only her.
Priyanka goes ahead and removes a ring, which irritates Nimrit because it must be mutually agreed upon. Priyanka returns the ring to the mandali and asks for a reason, but the mandali denies saying anything. While Priyanka puts the ring again Sumbul Toqueer pulls it from her hand. Everyone agreed when Archana pointed out that the bathroom was filthy. Sumbul stands firm near the report, refusing to let anyone touch it. Nimrit and Priyanka get into a fight, pointing out to each other that they have never played alone.
Shiv Thakare comments on Priyanka that she can change relationships in 10 minutes. Priyanka accuses Shiv for saying stuff about women. MC Stan enters the fight, warning Priyanka to speak politely to Shiv and alsoto get too personal. Shalin Bhanot has had enough of the contestants and is sitting in the corner. Priyanka becomes enraged when Stan continues to tell her that he will expose the truth, and she challenges him to do so. Just when I had started enjoying Shiv, MC Stan and Priyanka’s friendship, I am disappointed that this had to happen.
This has gotten so bad that Bigg Boss has to step in. The chaos helps Nimrit keep her spot in the finale week and captaincy. The arguments continue as Priyanka accuses Shiv and MC Stan of being cheap about girls when the golden boys enter the house. Shiv is furious that he is is being held accountable and that his character is judged. While Priyanka attempts to clear things up with Shiv, he advises her not to comment on the mandali’s friendship. Shalin tried to explain to the mandali that he didn’t say anything while being dragged into the fight. On the other hand, Priyanka and Tina believe that Nimrit has got the ticket to the finale on a platter.
Bigg Boss calls Priyanka and Archana and informs them that they are not good friends as they are not taking care of their “saheli” in a tone in which he pulls their leg. He asks them both to make chicken soup for Tina because of liquid food intake she is following as a result of her dental emergency. It’s been long that there have been no muddas on ‘rotis’ and today it happened.
Moving on to the next issue of the house, Nimrit questions Priyanka about why she didn’t consume the chapati. She claimed that it was a miscommunication, which irritates Archana. While Tina claims that she skipped meals due to a toothache, she tries to convince them that they shouldn’t have done what they did. Archana, however, asserts that she was entitled to have informed. Following this, the three start fighting fiercely, which lasts until the following morning.
Two of the show’s main highlights were MC Stan’s new version 2.0, which I am simply loving because he is so involved in everything in the house, whether it’s his funny dance or his impromptu raps. Finally, the one-of-a-kind and genuine MC has appeared! Meanwhile, the presence of Shalin and Tina is so awkward that I can feel it through my screen. However, the nomination special that I was hoping for today was not fulfilled. But, the next episode is going to be a blast. Stay tuned for more updates and gossip.
