The Bigg Boss 16 house was still recovering from the fun they had on New Year. But, they had to be up and prepared for the nomination special which was coming their way. Just like Priyanka Chahar Choudhary said it was by far the best nomination special task, and I agree with it. But, only one person who seemed to be somewhat offended after the task was Sajid Khan. Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot‘s PDA was a hot gossip in the house, it was so juicy that even Bigg Boss wanted an insight into it.
Following the concert, there has been a lot of talk about Shalin and Tina’s PDA and open romance in the house. Tina and Shalin were attempting to overshadow MC Stan, according to the mandali and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Archana Gautam and Soundarya Sharma inform Sajid that Tina even burned Shalin’s photo. Soundarya and Archana are laughing hysterically as they imitate Tina’s speaking style. Tina had promised to defend herself because Shalin is torturing her mentally and she is a role model for many girls, says Nimrit. The whole point of these discussions was just because a few minutes before the concert there was a fight happening between them. I don’t know if the lovebirds realize but they have become a joke amongst the housemates at this point.
The following morning, a fight breaks out in the kitchen, but this time Archana is not involved. Nimrit and Tina are arguing over some onion peels that are kept on the kitchen counter. They both begin making various accusations against one another. Tina calls Nimrit, “Archana Part 2,” and Nimrit responds by calling her sarcastically fiery and making fun of the way she refers to MC Stan and Shiv Thakare as “Shiva” and “Stana,” respectively. This was a fight uncalled for but the kitchen would have felt bad if there were no arguments on it today.
The nomination special begins, and it was unique and enjoyable; I consider it the show’s main highlight. Bigg Boss assigns each contestant a makeshift hut with a bulb sourced from a power station controlled by captain Shiv, who can save a few housemates from nominations by powering their huts. Tina, Shalin, Priyanka, Archana, Sreejita De, Soundarya, and Sumbul Toqueer are among Shiv’s nominees. Sajid requests Shiv to take his name instead of Sumbul but he disagrees. It became increasingly difficult for the mandali to save each other or band together against anyone.
The mandali is unable to save everyone at once, and Nimrit is given the first opportunity. She removes Sumbul from the eviction race and places Sajid in danger. Sajid asserts that it is exactly what he desires, confidently asserting that the public will save him. Additionally, he expresses his affection for Sumbul and how he considers her as a daughter. Finally, it is determined that Nimrit, Priyanka, Abdu, and Stan are safe. The eviction of Tina, Shalin, Soundarya, Sajid, Archana, Sreejita, and Sumbul is a possibility.
It was inevitable that there would be fights on a nomination special. Sajid begins by cheekily telling Sreejita that he is afraid after being nominated. Sajid faces Sreejita about her comments that he doesn’t care if he’s put up for eviction. Sreejits disputes it, calling Soundarya a “chugli,” and then accuses her of telling Sajid about it. Sajid becomes extremely annoyed over this and challenges the other housemates, saying, “Nominate Me Until February 12th and Let’s See Who Will Hold The Trophy.” I mean, I’m not really sure what will happen next, but if Sajid’s prediction comes true, then my head will be spinning.
Tina and Shalin are one couple that the entire house can’t stop talking about. Even Bigg Boss was interested in hearing the various perspectives of the housemates because the situation was so explosive. He began by contacting Shiv and Archana first. According to Shiv, the two were fighting just before they pretended to be in love for the sake of the crowd. Archana foresees that they may propose to one another soon. Shiv and Archana wholeheartedly agree that the union is fake and pre-arranged. Additionally, they confirm that even the viewers can see through it.
After that, Priyanka is asked about Tina and Shalin as well. She mentions how the two look a bit fake. She adds that she is unsure of the validity of her friendship with Tina and Shalin. Sajid and Abdu Rozik think it’s because they depend on one another just before the nominations. Both Stan and Nimrit acknowledge that the romance seems fake. One thing is clear, not even a single person in the house supports their relationship and everyone has called this fake.
At this point, I am tired of Tina and Shalin confusing us and I just want them to either admit their love or hate for each other. But, no this show doesn’t go according to me and the drama is about to continue. On the other hand, I am very curious that what ups and downs will be caused in the mandali as Sajid is nominated this week. Is he actually taking it up like a real sport or he is hurt deep within, only time will tell. Stay tuned.
