The drama quotient of the Bigg Boss 16 house seems to be higher with Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot‘s aftermath of their relationship being discussed all over the house. But, that won’t be ending anytime soon. For others like, Shiv Thakare and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia their friendship seems to be only stronger than before. A huge surprise is about to hit the contestants as a family reunion awaits in the house, it’s going to get super emotional after a long time with a bunch of heartwarming hugs.
The hardest part of life is seeing someone close to you and not being able to hug or talk to them; however, don’t worry, Bigg Boss is a big softie when it comes to families. Before the contestant’s family members enter the house, they are asked to freeze. Farah Khan, one of Bollywood’s most well-known directors and Sajid Khan‘s sister, is the first to arrive and hugs him while he tries to hold back his tears. She also mentions how proud their mother is of him and how fortunate he is to have the mandali by his side. Farah then goes on to make an emotional statement about how she had left one brother in the house and now has three more, referring to Shiv, Abdu Rozik, and MC Stan as her own and hugging them all warmly.
Farah, who is in her element, interacts with the contestants and also reveals a few things that have been going on on the Bigg Boss 16 stage that the contestants are unaware of. She tells Tina that her mother has become a celebrity after appearing on stage and clashing with Shalin’s mother, to which the contestants react with excitement. “You treat Maahim better than Shalin,” Farah says directly to Tina’s face. This made me laugh because I believe that by this point, every contestant’s family member has formed an opinion about Tina and Shalin.
When a mother enters the house, everyone feels her presence and warmth because nothing beats a mother’s hug for comfort. Shiv’s mother, a warm lady, enters the house and hugs her son first, telling him to be strong and not cry because he is here to win. She even enjoys Nimrit’s game and she showers her with love, and she can’t forget Shiv’s best friend, Abdu, who appears to be her second favourite after her son. Like everyone else, she appears to like Abdu and tells him that he must understand her while she speaks Hindi, which includes Marathi. When it comes to Archana Gautam, the contestants may not like her, but even after many clashes with Shiv, she receives hugs and warmth from Shiv’s mother.
I believe this is going to be the sweetest episode of the season. What keeps me curious is to see who the family members stay with each other for a week and one thing I am waiting to see is whether will anyone come from Abdu’s house or not. But, tonight is the start of the family week and there’s more to come like nominations and the ration. I hope the contestants get the privilege of eating “Maa ke haath ka khana”.
